You can't sign in
If you sign in isn't working, please send us a message telling us your account email address - click here. Alternatively if you just can't wait to start playing the new games recreate your account by clicking on the register button.
You had to re create your account and are now missing points
If you had points on your old account please send us a message telling us your old account email address - click here and we will transfer them to your new account.
You can't play some of the games
Please check that you are signed in so that you can play the 'members only' games. Some games need points to play, so once you have enough points you can play these games.
My old avatar has not saved
You can now create a brand new virtual self under the 'Play' section of the site. Once you have recreated your virtual self this will be saved and you can then update this with new clothes and accessories as much as you like. You need to be logged in to save your avatar.
My funland mall and my bedroom have disappeard off the site
These games are no longer available on myfunland.com.au, but please check out our other brand new games and activities under the 'Games' 'Activities' and 'Play' section!
How do you win points?
When you register on myfunland.com.au you will instantly get 100 points! You will also get an extra 10 points each time you log in to myfunland.com.au (per day) and as a birthday present from myfunland.com.au you will get another bonus 100 points!
There will also be chances to get points in you local shopping centre. Log on to the website regularly to find out how!

Viewing the site
If you have the following operating systems and internet browsers installed on your computer with the Adobe Flash Player installed and your computer is able to play audio, then you should already have access to most of this site. If you have a text only browser or earlier versions of Netscape, Firefox or Internet Explorer you will still be able to navigate through the site it just won't look so good and audio or games may not be available! Our recommendations are as follows:

To ensure you are able to hear the sounds and music played on this site please be sure that you have speakers and the necessary hardware on your computer to enable you to enjoy these aspects of the site.
Stockland is my funland mailing list
When you register on my funland you are entered on our mailing list and you will receive regular email communications which highlight what's new at your local centre and what's coming up on the my funland site. The list is one-way only and will normally post no more than one message per month.
For the protection of subscribers, the subscription list of the Stockland is my funland club is treated as completely confidential. It is not available for sale, sharing, swapping, or passing on to anyone, (not even to other subscribers to the list).
Unsubscribing from the Stockland is my funland mailing list.
Simply email myfunland@myfunland.com.au with the words "PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject heading and then provide your name and address and telephone number and we will removed you from the database. You should then receive an email confirming that your subscription to the list has been cancelled.
Pop Ups
On occasion throughout the website you will be given the opportunity to view and download PDF files which will contain activities and colouring in templates etc. To be able to do this you will need to be sure that you have enabled pop ups on your computer. If you try to download one of the files and it doesn't appear, check the top of your screen and you will see a prompt asking you to enable pop ups - this is perfectly safe.
You will also need to be sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to enable you to view and download these files.
